I am motivated and dedicated to my clients. I promise to listen and communicate with my clients throughout the real estate process. I work mainly by referral. My clients refer me to the people that they know and my business has grown without the typical realtor methods of cold calling or door knocking. I believe that this is a way to show new clients that I do a professional job and am trusted among those that have used my expertise to purchase or sell their homes. I concentrate my time on my clients past and present.
I grew up in the West Moreland area and moved to Milwaukie in my teen years. I have lived in Gresham, Northeast Portland and now in Tigard. Living in different parts of the city has given me a good knowledge of the Greater Portland area. I understand the importance of family and can help when this is important to you as a client.
Credentials & Associations
I am currently in my 11th year in the Real Estate Profession and have several years of customer service experience with a Certificate of Professional Development in Customer-Centered Organizational Excellence from Portland State University, School of Extended Studies.
ABR- Accredited Buyers Representative. Only 2% of realtors nationally have this designation. Requirements are 16 hours of additional education documented transactions and passing a test.
GRI- Graduate of Realtors Institute 20% of realtors nationwide have this designation. Requirements are 40 hours of additional education and passing three separate tests.

OAR- Oregon Association of Realtors
PMAR- Portland Metro Association of Realtors
